Connect Internet problem. I fall into a problem that my google chrome browser is able to connect to the internet. But Internet download manager, Firefox browser, torch browser and other application not connecting to the internet. Then I search on google what actually happens with me. At first, I thought it can be for mhotspot software that gives me the opportunity to share internet to my smartphone. But after a google search, I found that its a problem with the firewall.
SOLVED Only google chrome is able to connect to internet.No other application can connect to the internet?
Yes, you listen to the right thing. Windows firewall blocked all my application except google chrome. Then I just go to the setting and allow all the application that I need to connect to the internet. So here is the setting for this just follow bellow screenshots.
At first, go to windows menu and press control panel.
Now choose the System and Security Option.
Then open the Windows Firewall option.
From the left side, you will see allow a program just open it.
Now you will see the list of all the program with settings of network blocked. Just make sure the tick mark is selected from home/work private option. Here I check firefox was not checked its automatically was blocked. So, I just check mark selected firefox and finally my internet is connecting and my internet download manager is also perfectly downloading.
Make sure that you choose all the program that you use to connect internet now press the ok button from bellow of that page and finally everything is done. Let me know its working for you.
